I can't get it to work on my computer at work. Win 7 Chrome 46.0.2490.80 m.

Grande Fiber.

It all works on my iphone from the same network. Any thoughts on what I can try or settings I can check on my PC?

Is it still happening for you? If it is, could you see if it's working in another browser?

We haven't changed anything with the stream, and I haven't been able to replicate this yet.

It has been happening for about two weeks. In Chrome, Fire Fox and IE. but my lap top (mac) and iPhone work fine both from home and here at work. So I'm thinking it's something on my work computer.

Alternate mode now works for watching videos. Live stream still won't work.
