My iPhone requires me to login ever time is move in/out of premium It will not remember me. Need help fixing. Sny suggestions?

That would mean your iPhone isn't storing any cookies. Is the header bar of the safari browser dark or light grey?

If it's dark, then you are in Private Browsing mode, and you need to turn it off.

if the header bar is the lighter gray...

In iOS8 and above, make sure under Settings > Safari > Block Cookies you have Always Allow... or Allow from Websites I Visit.

In iOS7, make sure under Settings > Safari > Block Cookies you have From third party... or Never.

In iOS6, make sure under Settings > Safari > Accept Cookies you have From visited or Always

Sometime this gets reset during an iOS update.

stagecoach, the users' issues in this thread have been resolved. there is no current, known issue with auto-logging in. if you are having trouble, I suggest you follow the tips at the top of this thread, and then post here with more details of your issue if they remain.

I have done all these steps and it still doesn't recognize me.
What next ?

I am having persistent login request with iOS 9.3.4, tried all fixes mentioned above. Never had an issue until last version of 9.3 updated. Any help?

First, go to http://texags.com/help and hit Clear Cookies, then re-login with the Remember Me option selected.

If that doesn't work, lets try clearing the Safari browser settings for TeAgs:

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > find "texags.com" > Edit > Delete "texags.com"

I have allowed all cookies via chrome and made an exception to only allow texags. I still repeatedly have to login. Chrome is just my test browser but this happens for Edge, Firefox and Brave. It did not happen before I changed my username a few weeks back. Is texags not remembering me because I have a comma in my username?
