You've probably seen them advertising on TV, and they were all over prior to the 4th. We purchased some for ourselves, and for gifts. Looks like a great cause. We are in. Charged immediately. 4 weeks later, multiple emails later nothing. Same story....shipping delays; let us check with our supplier; dog ate my homework. There is never a follow-up, and we still have no confirmed shipping date.

After we started seeing a trend, we researched the company, and well.....they suck.

If you really want them, you can buy them on Amazon. And Amazon usually won't screw you.

I have a couple that I bought on Amazon.

But I am definitely intrigued by the Smarter Scrubber.

I guess I got lucky. I ordered some stuff from them (needed a replacement head for my original one, plus some other stuff) in mid/late June and got it about a week later.

I have the Smarter Scrubber. Really like it.

Interesting, it's the only grill scrubber I've used for a couple years now.

Pretty sure I bought the brush and buy the replacement heads on amazon, though.

Update/No-update.....they have $200, and no product(s). They haven't returned an email for over 2 weeks after initially being fairly responsive.

so its not a scam, someone is just super impatient and throwing a massive hissy fit
