Giving this a go - my dumb butt didn't realize it had to sit for minimum 6hrs, so will not be Super Bowl ready.

Already 1 lesson learned - cannot use the boneless turkey breasts from HEB, don't get enough skin - that said, not looking too terribly bad so far.

Will report back with results

I considered doing one of these for Thanksgiving, did turkey parmesan instead.

I forgot to take pics - but overall - it turned out quite tasty - and it was super easy.

If you have a deli slicer, cooling it and then thin slicing for sandwiches would be really good.
