IIRC, someone recently posted these pics and recommended both the Chicken rub and Chicken Red rub. It seems like the regular Chicken rub is readily available but I am not finding the Chicken Red. Well, other than one offer of a 25 lb bag LOL. Where do you get this stuff?

I can find seemingly every product they make on Amazon, except for the Chicken Red. They have it on their Chef Merito website, but only in the 25 lb bag for about $80. I don't own a restaurant or food truck so I wouldn't use that much in my lifetime. I used Facebook Messenger to ask them where to buy it. We'll see how that goes.

I believe I may have misremembered where I saw those pics and the recommendation but can't find it again for the life of me.

I see it at all the Supermercados and other Mexican grocery stores.

There are some small Mexican markets here (Livingston) but nothing like the Houston area. I'll check when I'm in some of the larger cities in this neck of the woods.

Pretty sure I saw it at Fiesta last week.

That's good to know. The closest Fiesta to me is an hour away, in Conroe, so I'll be waiting until the next time I head in that direction to see if I can find it there if nowhere else.
