My wife has to avoid gluten, not celiacs but another ailment, but noticed when we were in Switzerland the bread there was a lot easier on her. I've read that the wheat strain in Europe is different, has less gluten perhaps, but was looking for a restaurant in the Houston area that made bread from scratch using European wheat.
Any suggestions? A place that made gourmet hamburgers would be great!
