I have got a pork tenderloin I am going to cook Sunday and looking for inspiration on. Open to all ideas. Any great recommendations or ideas?

First thoughts:
Viet style lemongrass pork/banh mi marinade
Al pastor marinade

Not that fancy here. Generally a good rub, or sometimes honey garlic is popular with our kids. We always grab a bunch when HEB gives it away at 1.99/lb. Occasionally, we use pork tenderloin and ground turkey in our chilli recipe in place of NY strip and ground venison to avoid too much red meat. Weird stuff you might do if you live long enough to be old.

Best bang for the buck meat in our opinion.

I'm a fan of those two recommendations, though I do prefer pork shoulder for al pastor. Should still be good regardless.

Getting close to the holidays ... make a cranberry/bourbon glaze.
