Trying to make homemade naan for "chicken Red Curry tacos" instead of using tortillas.

To make garlic naan, use this recipe with the following change. When you get to the step where you brush on the melted butter, move the bread to the cooler side of the grill, and sprinkle on some chopped garlic and parsley. Let the garlic cook for 2-3 minutes, and remove it when it's done.
