Staying at the Marriott in Allen this weekend and I love asian food... Thai, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese etc...

Any good places around there? Won't be able to go too far from the area...

How far is too far? If you can, get over to Chinatown in Richardson. Lots of good options there and it's maybe 10 min down 75 from Allen. My favorite is Jeng Chi

I think that area in Richardson is more Korean if it's the one I'm thinking of by H Mart.

There maybe korean, but there is more vietnamese and chinese in the area hummingbird is talking about. And Jeng Chi is awesome. Some of the best soup dumplings I've had.

probably not wanting to go more than 5 miles or so... We're selling plants at a plant convention and we'll be leaving college station at 6am on friday and working till 5 to set up.. then we go to someones greenhouse to get more plants... saturday and sunday we're there from 7am untill 6pm... So we'll be very tired...

No first-hand experience, but Hashi Japanese Kitchen is very highly rated and 2 miles away.
