An Aggie client has a Jersey dairy, and gave me this cream this morning. Anybody make ice cream or butter out of it? Beyond that, what else can the chefs suggest?

Follow up…

Made mint chocolate chip ice cream with some. It was rich. Kids are it, but said it left a funny texture in their mouths. I suspect they are not used to stuff with no guar gum and other crap. It did freeze up really well in the maker.
