Onion soup and steak frites or croque madame, with truffle fries
The above and the salad lyonaise. And be sure to check out the specials. Sometimes I'll have my heart set on onion soup and steak frites but then the special will win out.
Get some Fois Gras and save some to pair with your steak.
Can't go wrong with the mussels or the leg of lamb. Go with your favorite and you'll be in nirvana.

I went with the Salade Lyonnaise (the best salad I've ever had), Steak Frites (delicious and perfect medium rare), and Creme Brulle (very good).
