Where do people buy fresh Rice noodles in BCS? I bought some at the Asian Market by the Holleman HEB and they didn't work out. They were stiff and wouldn't "unfold", they would just break into chunks. I went in to the BCS Asian Market by TSC, but it was such an unorganized mess that I didn't take a chance buying any fresh, refrigerated or frozen.

Anyone with experience buying from them? I may just have to use dry noodles next time.

FWIW, I was looking for the wide rice noodles, not the super thin ones.

The only other Asian market I know of in BCS is Spice World Market on Old Arrington Rd, but it's primarily Indian food. King Noodle and Sushi (near the CS Target) makes their own noodles for their dishes. They may be willing to sell you fresh noodles?
