Depends on what seasoning you are going for.

I'll be honest - Zach's seasonings out of Pasadena is about as good as you can make yourself, and far easier. I switched from creating my own blends to getting theirs a while back, with the exception of my German Coarse Sausage recipe, but that's because nobody makes anything close to it commercially.
