First smoke on the new primo. Cooked it a little more than I normally would. My wife's pregnant and seems meat is one of those turnoffs for her when pregnant. Going to medium helps her.

I had some at the Cotton Bowl Friday. I'm normally not a fan of prime rib, but this one was lightly smoked and outstanding.

4 rib select cooked at 2.5 hrs in BGE at 215, rested for 30 and back in at 10 at 400.

Most excited about the french dips tomorrow, picking up one of the Meat your maker slicers.
