A few years ago, H-E-B had popcorn chicken that was amazing. It wasn't too bland or too spicy. It had a little bit of spiciness to give it flavor. Then, inexplicably, they discontinued it. I was sorta bummed out. None of the name brands made anything comparable.
Recently, H-E-B brought it back. Sort of They now have a regular version that is as bland as baby food. It's awful. They also now have a spicy version that seems to use the same seasoning as the old version I liked, but wayyy more of it. It's almost too spicy.
Cooks out there: is there anything I can do to the currently frozen spicy chicken to make it a little less spicy?
