Interesting nose, maybe floral is the right term. Shaggie said to let is breath a bit, so I waited one inning while watching Aggie baseball.

Bright first drink consistent with 100+ proof. As Sazerac stated, lots of vanilla; caramel and sweet finish.

I like to try my bourbon neat, with a cube of ice and an Old Fashioned.

I like it!

LMFAO. I guess TexAgs didn't like the post from my phone. Basically I had drawn, using paint, a 4K mural in honor of your great feats as a TexAgs staple of the community. It may have been the eagle holding the snake fully rendered that crashed it. Regardless you have my most humble appreciations!

That's my local neighborhood club. We put a sticker on all bottles. The barrel was split between the club, TexAgs, and some friends/family, with Texags getting the majority. Wilderness Trail printed 250 on the bottles, but we actually ended up with 210, 120 of which went to all you fine folks.
