I think I know the answer is no, but does anyone know a way to internationally ship tamales? Specifically from US to UK?

I had a long work trip in Scotland recently and was hoping to send some unique Texas hospitality back to my Scottish friends. I could always do something else, but warm tamales with queso on top sure sounded nice while I was over there freezing my rear off!!

Get someone to dry ice Delia's to them. We've done it 2000 miles, so a few more hours in flight shouldn't be a big deal.

Believe there are pretty stringent customs regulations for shipping food stuffs if not commercially licensed.

Just like the US, you can't ship meat or meat products. You also can't ship frozen foods or homemade foods. store bought, non perishable items can be shipped.

Maybe there is a company that specializes in this.
