Just changed my life! Made a batch last night. Couple cups each of milk and broth brought to a simmer with some butter. Throw in the dry noodles for about 15 min then add cheese off your liking. I threw in a little diced green chili and chicken breast I had leftover. Recommend at least some American cheese to help the creaminess factor.

Washing a second pot was really that difficult that it changed your life?

Cut him some slack. I appreciate the detail in that amazing recipe he shared.

Lol…no but that helped! I think the fact you're cooking the Mac noodles in the broth and cream help them absorb more flavor. That was one of the best homemade macs I've ever had and didn't require making a bechamel.

Yep. If you dump the noodles and powder with requisite rehydration ingredients into this device made from polymers m formed from chains of carbon atoms and place it in a box that directs electromagnetic radiation in the form of waves for just a few minutes, you will end up with Mac n Cheese. Pure science
