Understand the sugar and carb cutting, but fat is not the devil it can be made out to be. What you're doing sounds a lot like Whole30. Did it once and it was a PITA.
Egg muffin bites are good. Throw in veggies and meat and bake in a muffin tin for some easy quick breakfast bites.
I don't recall all that we made for that. The whole30 compliant bacon helped. Have that with some avocado and egg for a good breakfast.
Sweet potato made for a good pasta actually, but I know carrots and zucchini is real popular for pasta too.
Yeah, I know fat is not bad. Whole 30 is of course fine with olive oil, ghee, and coconut oil. I'm trying to support a family member who is on a different type of diet and find recipes that actually taste good (they are on this diet), so; I'm trying to eat like them, albeit a little differently.
Whole 30 was not as much as a PITA for me, as I had found a couple of recipes that worked for me.
