Don't know why, Must be feeling nostalgic or something as I haven't had a burger from McDonalds in years, possibly over a decade. Well, I certainly wasn't going to head to the Golden Arches to scratch that itch. That left me with plan B

I cut it to about 60/40 Tallow & Peanut oil so it doesn't go back to fully solid again. I only use French Fry oil for Fries so it lasts quite a while.

Funny thing is, I'm not a fan of thousand island. Big Mac sauce is Mayo/mustard and gets it's pink color from paprika. Plus dill pickle instead of sweet relish.

They are clean, just stained. Many people have nice "clean" ones and others they don't give a **** about to put greasy food like burgers on.
