Anyone going to the Foodway's Texas BBQ Summer Camp this weekend in College Station? I went to Camp Brisket a few years back and am looking forward to this one too (although CS is a lot more tolerable in January than July).

You need to be an active member of food ways texas to register. The camps then have a cost of attendance. Not sure if BBQ summer camp is on a lottery, but Camp Brisket definitely is.

I went to camp brisket in 2020. A lot of attendees had also done summer bbq camp and had good things to say about it.

Awesome. 1775 here in town makes it for Zeitman's Grocery in downtown and it's amazing.

I attended the June camp, which was the make up for 2021, and Sharp came in to announce Savell's promotion during our class. Pretty cool
