Had an appetizer a couple of weeks ago that was a block of smoked cream cheese, pepper jelly, and pork rinds to dip in it. Fantastic.

Score the top of the cream cheese and season with whatever rub you want and smoke for two hours I poured a pineapple habanero jelly on one of them
