There are only a dozen or so cooks in world that really know how to cook and we're lucky to have 3 or 4 of them on here. The rest of us are just posers dirtying up pots and pans.

Agreed. We're very fortunate to have access to their knowledge and recipes. Two parts flour, one part insecurity…
