I prefer mine with Mexican Picadillo and guac, Pulled short ribs in guajillo sauce, Chicken Tinga, and Pork in Poblano mole all with refried beans and cotija cheese . Frying the dough tastes better, but obviously adds some calories. Nothing unique about my recipes so I'd just look them up if any of those sound good to you.
