I have a white wine, shallot, lemon butter sauce I throw together for fish dishes, but looking for something a bit creamier.

Post your favorite / easy lemon butter recipe.

Made the "Norwegian" butter sauce tonight for blackened salmon white asparagus and seared brussels. Very good result, although my lemons were big so next time I'd probably only use 1 or 1 and a half.

I did the same tonight except for over blackened catfish. Served with fondant potatoes and glory green beans.

You can tell that I finished my butter sauce 15 minutes too early and it started to break down.

Mine is really simple
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 lemon
black pepper to taste
white pepper to taste

Use sauce pan on the range, melt butter, add whipping cream, lemon pepper bring to a boil, as soon as it begins reduce to warm.
