DeBoss, I was at an Austin Total Wine yesterday and they were sampling multiple Still Austin bourbons, which made me remember your post. I asked about the blue corn variety. He told me the blue corn is their winter release so they definitely didn't have any. Red corn is their summer release and that happens at the distillery this weekend.
He expects to receive some later in the week, but it hasn't appeared on his shipping list yet (he had recently looked for it). He also said that Austin stores will definitely receive more than other cities but he doesn't expect to receive much and it will go fast.
On that note, he went on to say he recently was included on a trip to the distillery to sample their product straight from the barrel. Total Wine bought up all their cask strength, single barrel bottles as their latest store pick. He said these are definitely his favorite bourbon in that store right now. They had quite a few on the shelf too ($75 in case I can't get the picture to load). Just throwing it out there to you.
