I'm sorry to hear that, I'll be praying for you Scott. I'm a month away from 44 and have been dealing with elevated PSA numbers. Just like you, I'm very active and fit, so it was a shock when I got the initial results. At the same time, my father was dealing with the treatment of his prostate cancer. Thankfully he has been cancer free for the last 3 years. Again, I'll be praying for you.
My dad caught his prostrate issues early and his treatment was successful. Because of that they've been monitoring my PSA for a few years now.
Between that and colon screenings there have been too many incidents of doctors sticking things in my ass. All that being said, beats the alternative. Get screened.

- Basil Hayden Caribbean Reserve Rye: $100 (Afaik this one is discontinued. I cracked one and it's very sweet, almost like they mixed rum with the rye. Think AE Rye on steroids)
- Balcones Texas Bock Batch 21-1: $75? Make an offer - this is pretty neat, the label looks like a shiner label and I guess they use the same malt recipe as Shiner Beer to make it. I'm just not really a Balcones Fan.
