The 100-105 proof ones have all been fantastic... I just want to add a high proofer to the arsenal. I've tried barrels 30 and 32 (high proof), and both are great. But don't hide from the sub-110 proof ones, you'll regret it if you ever get to try one. They drink way above their proof.

If someone gives it to me, I'll definitely drink it. I just have trouble getting passed the idea of spending $250+ for a bottle of Rebecca Creek.

It's 16YR Seagram's/MGP barrels. Sometimes you have to look beyond the label.

The regular double barrel or the Spanish Oak? The regular double barrel is only 3 year finished for 10 days. The Spanish started in Spanish Oak for 4 years and then was moved into American Oak for an additional 2 year. The original double oak was fine but the Spanish is next level.
