Just saw someone on a trading group offer a GTS 19 for an OFBB 21'

GTS 19 is going for 850-925 right now on several groups.

MWND is probably somewhere around $150-$175.

Keep in mind that OFBB '21 isn't the same price as GTS 19. It just so happens that someone is wanting one and willing to trade it at that price this one time at this moment in time.

In other words, values are always changing and at the end of the day, it really depends on how badly someone wants a bottle. So be sure to do your homework on pricing and sample it before you buy it so you don't overpay for something that you don't like.

The 1.75L is discontinued though. I think as of 2019.

What's current day's worth? I have not kept up lately.

Also, not always true that they are the same price. Sometimes they change things up with how it is made, but of course... It isn't wine. There was a big price increase for Weller made before BT purchased the brand. They bought it in 1999 so Weller 12 from 2011 and earlier was worth more.

Last Weller 12 1.75 I saw was around $400 on an auction so buyer paid $460 + shipping (15% buyers premium)

I'd probably want cash, but what do you have? In B/CS. Serials start with B16 so I'm guessing that's 2016.

Yeah. I would let those sit and appreciate. You'll be able to get BTAC for (one of) them soon. Hell you could probably find someone now willing to trade BTAC for that if you're patient.

Thanks for the help. I'll keep sitting on them. I was able to make it through the pandemic without cracking one so I should be good. I cleaned out a liquor store that didn't know what they were and had them for msrp back in 2016 (at least 6). The dude let out a sigh, realizing he probably screwed up on pricing. Never saw them there for msrp again.

I'd say Yama 18 is worth 800+ on the secondary market, but it's pretty hard to move. Much smaller buyer's pool for high end Japanese to be honest.
