You bring up a good point. When I started on my Bourbon journey, I actually did consider the Facebook option. But then I stumbled across the Bourbon forum on TexAgs when I was looking at some football recruiting stuff and thought "let's try this".

To be honest, I really like the way folks on this forum have been so far. Everyone seems to be kind and willing to talk about what they like or don't like without being rude about it or having a "Holier than thou" vibe because they are a veteran at this bourbon thing and I'm a 2nd year rookie. I've even made a couple trades here and there on this forum and every time I've ran into some great folks and really enjoyed the whole process. Even when I tried to make a trade and it didn't work out, the guys on the other end were always cool about it and never rude. Seems like people on this site tend to watch out for each other and just respectful in general rather than having an "Every man for himself!" type attitude.

At the end of the day, I have found that the folks on this forum are very hospitable, straight forward, and honest. Because of that, I likely won't be going to any other forums to post bourbon trading / discussion questions.

Plus, you can't go wrong with Aggies!

I'd definitely take Stagg Jr for the BD4. Their secondary prices are pretty close but the Stagg Jr. is one of my all-time faves.

The EHT Rye seems to be quite a step down though unless you just love it.
