depends on the batch, but mostly they go for the same as retail (~$100-110)

Say you have a 2019 Little Book and want a Blanton's single barrel. They would have to give you the Blanton's plus a 60ish bucks

I believe he was asking about Booker's not Little Book. Unless you have a really old Booker's, I would say it would be close to a 1:1 trade, maybe a small kicker on your end. I would also say your are going to have a hard time trading a Booker's for a Blanton's.
