How long do you want to ignore this user?
I have a sous vide. I love it and use the hell out of it for a lot of things. For burgers it's just not as good, easy, or fast as a flat top griddle.

I agree for quarter pounders or less, or 80/20 or greater the real difference is big meat or lower fat
