Chicken and Dumplings?


A few weeks ago I roasted bone in chicken thighs and used the meat for King Ranch chicken. Then I made stock with the bones and veggie scraps.

Why would you waste chicken thighs on stock? Not that it's a total waste but you could do so much more with it.
