What are the biggest most over the top breakfast/ brunch buffets in Vegas?

Bacchanal in Caesars is our favorite. We also like Wicked Spoon in Cosmo.

I wanted to try this trio in Vegas:

We went to a couple different buffets in Vegas. While three sheer size and scale is interesting to behold, the food is typically below the quality of even the most pedestrian regular sit down restaurant.

Which ones did you go to?

wicked spoon (I think it is called) at cosmopolitan and the one at Caesar's (I think it's bacchanal). I think it's fun to go and do, it's kind a vegas institution, after all. but I'm not real impressed by big piles of boiled shrimp or crab legs, so while I enjoyed it once, i'll put my food dollars into other things in the future.

Wicked Spoon was decent when we went last year. I think the biggest food setup I've ever seen in my life was at the MGM Grand a few years ago.

I am not a buffet guy, because if I eat my moneys worth I am miserable, but calling the Cosmo, Caesars, or the Bellagio buffets below even the most pedestrian of restaurants seems either A) over dramatic or B) you only eat at super high end places.

The are great places to chase away a Vegas hangover.

I'd say the food at your typical texas roadhouse is better than the food I got at the buffets there. it's really good for a buffet, but unless you geek out about lots of boiled shrimp or a roast beef carver, it's meh. hands down the freshness and temperature of the food at texas roadhouse is better.

Caesars had great Vietnamese and pretty solid sushi while I was there. Crab Legs and Boiled Shrimp are great but not a real big deal.

I think the variety at a quality level of atleast Roadhouse in the interesting part. You can get small portions of lots and try lots, but at the end We don't eat at one more that once a trip and sometimes not at all.

We typically avoid buffets when in Vegas, if I eat my "money's worth" I'm miserable all day. But I will say the ones I've been to have definitely had solid food. Bacchanal is probably the most famous and both times I've been, I was pleased with the food. I didn't care for Aria's at all. Wicked Spoon is probably the one I recommend most. It's $10-15 cheaper than Bacchanal and I think the food is comparable, definitely a little below, though, Bacchanal.

All that being said, I'd much rather go to one of the hundreds of amazing restaurants Vegas has to offer...most at similar price points or cheaper than buffet's and for much better food.

We went to the one at the Wynn....agree with most posters here: Amazing variety, average food.

Not a full buffet, but I like the unlimited brunch from Border Grill at Mandalay. They have a dozen or so small plates and almost as many preselected drinks.

I didn't care for the one at the Wynn. I didn't think the variety compared to Caesar's or Cosmo. The quality was definitely at a lower level.

Posted this a couple days ago but the best brunch in Vegas is at Bally's called the Sterling Brunch. It's all you can drink champagne and they have lobster, King Crab and caviar on the buffet line. There's an omelette bar, waffles, etc. as well as prime rib. It's $100 a head but it's fun to indulge.
