Those all look outstanding (though I have never really been a fan of egg whites in my drinks). I'm hosting a happy hour with friends this weekend, and I'll be trying these out.

Aquafaba is a good substitute for egg white and is vegan. You can make it yourself (see below), buy the powder or if you're lazy like me just drain the juice from a can of chick peas (avoid cans with salt as an ingredient). I substitute .5 to 1 oz aquafaba per egg white... depending on how frothy I want it.

I like to call The Clover Club a chick drink that a man can appreciate. It's sweet but layered flavors that a true cocktail lover will appreciate. I like to muddle fresh raspberries rather than make a syrup (I've done it both ways). I also add a hint of dry vermouth (1.5 oz. Gin & .5 oz. Dry vermouth vs. Just 2 oz. Gin). If you want to add extra complexity shake it with rosemary or a few mint leaves and double strain. That drink will blow your mind if it's done right!

Thanks for making a cocktail thread! Have to add we have tried Noblet and Bombay saffire. Like the Saffire alot (wife's favorite), but can't get a handle on the Noblet. Way more fruity than I typically think of Gin being almost sweet.

I had friends over for cocktails tonight. I haven't tried the French Blonde yet, but Clover Club was a big hit.

Gordon's Cup is going into my rotation with some of my favorites. Do you strain it into your glass or do you pour the cucumber pulp and lime peels in too?

I shake and then pour the entire contents into the serving glass...then add the pinch of kosher salt and pepper over the top of the drink. I like to nibble on the cucumber while I drink it lol! You could strain I suppose but I don't believe that's what's intended. There's another equally good version of the drink called Gordon's Breakfast. Pretty much the same drink but you add Cholula and Worcestershire.
