Has anyone here attended the Foodways BBQ camp that is hosted in College Station? I heard some fantastic feedback about the camp, but not sure if that feedback was focused on the Camp Brisket or Broader BBQ camp.
I could go to the BBQ camp, but I would like to learn about the secrets to making great BBQ and would think this would center on techniques. Does the BBQ camp offer this or just a more intro to BBQ styles curriculum?
