The family was in Indy this weekend for a swim meet and we stopped at a place called "The Eagle". They had a spicy honey sauce for the fried chicken that was great. Tasted like tasbasco and honey, and asked the manager who confirmed the same but said it had other spices as well. I have found a few online but wanted to check Texags to see if anyone has a recipie they will share before I start experimenting.

Chef John Besh uses tobasco honey on his classic fried chicken at his restaurants, specifically @ Luke, and he mentioned in a video or interview once that it was just simply honey+tobasco. Can't really go wrong there.
