I have a lot of leftover fajita meat from a function the other day. I'm looking to reheat it for a large crowd tonight. What do you suggest the best way to do it is? I have 1.5 half size steam pans of fajita meat. I was thinking the oven covered in foil with maybe a little bit of water at the bottom so they don't dry out?? I'm open to other suggestions and/or oven temps and times.

TIA!

Is it sliced or in pieces?

I would think your plan would be the best bet.

Do you think low heat, like 200? Or is 350 fine? How much time do you think it will take to warm them up?

300, maybe an hour depending on how full the pans are.

HTown-

Thank you SOOOOO much! I split the pans so they were evenly full and put enough water in to cover the bottom and baked at 300, then cranked to 350 for the last 10 minutes and they were great! They remained beautifully moist as if they had just been grilled. I appreciate your advice!
