Simple enough, take a baking sheet and cover with some wax paper. In a bowl mix up 1/2 cup of salt with 5tsp of sriracha. Spread on baking sheet and let dry for a few days. It will be clumpy so break it up as you see fit. I plan to use fine sea salt.
I'm going to make some tonight probably. Or tomorrow.
