I had a thread about this before, I forgot who helped me save my ribs.

But I did a dry rub, then oven baked for about 2 hours. Added homemade BBQ and butter, wrapped in foil, and baked a bit more.

1. dry pat baby back ribs
2. apply rub on both sides and leave overnight in frige
3. pre heat oven to 300
4. put foil wrapped ribs in for 2 hours
5. take out and apply mopping sauce (store bought, whatever)
6. put on grill med. heat for 5-6 mins each side

But the alton brown recipe is good too.

citrusy flavors do well on pork ribs. I have a recipe that is a tequila-lime marinade that's delicious. You can mist/baste with orange juice & beer.

I've never made ribs in the oven so I don't know the best way for doing that in the oven.

or if you don't have a grill replace step 6 with
6. turn on broiler, put right under broiler until sauce starts to caramelize, and then flip and repeat.

I have had these turn out pretty well too.

I think Alton's baby back rib recipe has been re-worked, because he admitted the first time he used that recipe, a lot of people complained they were too salty. If you have the recipe from a couple of years ago, I would recommend you download the new one.

I've made that one before too, but I sous vide all my ribs now. Season and vacuum pack, and let them go at 150 degrees for 9 hours.
