Just acquired this piece for my collection and have not been able to find any other (Delta Sigma) insignia like this in 1915. Texas A&M didn't have Greek societies and they were strictly forbidden. Can't find a fraternity or sorority with just delta sigma. Thinking it was part of distinguished student club but no mention of Greek letters in yearbook and pin not in pictures. It's the sword and the rifle that really throw me. I came across something on the internet that it might be a splinter from the other literary societies at Texas A&M in 1915 like a debate team or something but can't find anything concrete. Also would this be a watch fob or something put on a pocket loop. The arrowhead is metal - probably brass. The green part is a thin leather. Both '15 shield and delta sigma are 14k gold.
