I remember how great it was when supply had some Oakley SI laying around. I was going through some old stuff and found a fresh pair! None of that sawfly/revision garbage.

I think Oakley M2s were better than the 3s because of the rubber padding. I know M3 had thinner profile, but I felt like it almost cut into my skin.

Anyways, had a little nostalgic moment today

I ordered a pair to use a safety glasses at my refinery. I hate the cheapo safety glasses they give us. Just like the military, our upgraded stuff is worse. I held on to my few older pairs before they were just too beat up to use and ordered the Oakley's. I miss the thin frames as well, for them during the Surge and we were allowed to get all sorts of tinted lenses. I ended up just rocking the clear ones because I was too lazy to change our shades for clear lenses on night patrols.
