Anyone interested in having a running thread of military leaders giving speeches, or lessons learned, and such on leadership? Recently was advised to watch this one, so I'll get us started.

The suggested the follow Annenburg Lecture Series. I would identify that this debate series has had more of a profound effect on me than any other literature piece or documentary that I have ever seen.

Especially the two modules Under Orders, Under Fire (Part I & II) are just outstanding.

I ran across this series about 12 years ago and have re-watched numerous times because Of the topic, subject matter as well as the participants.

This one is pretty good but, it was from a different era. Before biological females in Infantry, before racism, etc.

Generation Kill's Brad Colbert is pretty excellent in this presentation.

Not a video or speech but solid leadership tips nonetheless. POWELL
