I like Professor/Lieutenant Jacobs and I have both respect and empathy for the unfair abuse that he has taken. I am using a short clip of his video testimony here to place a marker in the time line for this event in which a saucer-shaped UFO interfered with an Atlas Missile launch from Vandenberg AFB in the fall of 1964. Prof Jacobs is supported in his testimony by written confirmation from Major Florenz J. Mansmann and that should motivate the dubious to carefully review the additional materials that I am providing below.
