I think this is some kind of Psyop / Disinformation campaign.

I think they will go to Reid and tell him make a certain claim for national security reasons, and he does it.

Its possible that people like bob lazar and fravor are participants in some kind of psyop.

Maybe its counter intelligence trying to draw in spies.

Apparently, there is bit of a tussle going on in the Pentagon. The NAVY appears to at least be trending towards being more open and above board concerning this issue, whereas the USAF and the original "installers" of the cover-up, the ARMY, are not. I really respect the NAVY for choosing the wiser path.
