Congrats to Fish Drill Team on their first place finish today!

They took first place in Platoon Inspection, squad, and Color Guard. The placed second in platoon regulation and exhibition drill.

If I read the scoring right, Norwich took second and West Point was third.

Whoop!

For those unfamiliar:

Ours is an all-fish team competing against squads that are mostly experienced, physically-mature upperclassman.

We use heavy demilitarized service rifles rather than balanced lightweight replicas custom-made for drill.

Our team starts completely over every year with new freshman.
