Marine Sgt Maj George Shine has joined the 22 this week. Sergeant Major Shine saw combat in many campaigns and was decorated for valor and the recipient of a Bronze Star. This past Thursday, this brave Marine lost his battle to the invisible wounds of war. Please offer prayers for his family friends that he has left behind.

How often do you hear this story? Very unusual.

If you become a Sgt Major you've obviously been a squared away over achiever.

Very sad to read this.

Tragic mews. A very heartfelt prayer for his family and friends and a sincere hope that his soul may rest in peace among his comrades and loved ones.

I strongly encourage everyone, but especially struggling vets, to look into joining this organization.
