Me and my fiance are looking for a youth Corps of Cadets uniform for our Ring Bearer to wear at our wedding, but are having no luck. Does anyone know how to find one? Or would we have to buy one and have it tailored to fit a child?

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated!

Is Zubick's tailor shop still around at North Gate? Back in my day they made all the western cut serge unis that were popular with jr and sr cadets.

this is my wedding... if I cant find this, I'll put the kid in a tux, but im not going to half-ass it for convenience...

Then go to a tailor and spend whatever it takes. As far as I know, there aren't any for sale pre-made.

Frankly, if you find the right pants and shirt, 99% of folks couldn't tell the difference and the other 1% won't care.

Call Rhonda Kogut at the Military Property Warehouse and ask for contact information for the manufacturer. They might even be able to make it for you if you give them the kid's measurements. If nothing else, maybe you can get a couple yards of fabric.

try going to sarges on northgate and buying the smallest top they have. He should have some pretty small ones in stock

I've seen one on sale in the CS area in the last 4 or 5 years. My wife and I mused about getting one for our grandson who was just born then, and who's dad is a UW grad. I think I've also seen one on-line, but I don't remember who was selling it.

The point is that such a thing does exist, just keep looking. You might even want to ask some folks in CS if they can help, like Aggie Outitters and the like.

Oh, I think it was $99, maybe a little more, but that included little senior boots.
