Does any know why a B-24 and maybe other WWII acft would be flying over the Grand Prairie area? I saw the Liberator and could hear others but could not see them.

I saw a WWII era fighter yesterday, couldn't tell you which one it was. Paintjob was green with white stripes. Looked mustangy, but the wings looked they had an upward slope, kinda like the Corsair. Didn't really get a great look at it, but it was over close to downtown Fort Worth.
