Bullring is now just referred to as a marching tour. Restricted weekends involve signins in Guard Room every 2 hours from 8am to midnight starting Friday at 1800 and going Sunday till 1600. Although you can miss a sign in on Sunday in order to go to church. I think an RW also involves 4 hours of marching tours on Saturday or Sunday. 15 demerits will give you a RW, or you can be just given an RW by itself.
